Product Structure and Working Principle

三(san)根平(ping)行(xing)的(de)絕緣(yuan)銅(tong)線為電源母線，在內護(hu)套(tao)絕緣(yuan)層外(wai)纏繞(rao)電熱(re)絲(si)，並(bing)將該(gai)電熱(re)絲(si)每(mei)隔壹定距(ju)離分(fen)別依次與三(san)根電源母線循環連(lian)接，在每(mei)二相間(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)連(lian)續並聯(lian)電阻(zu)。當(dang)母線通以(yi)三(san)相電後(hou)，各(ge)並聯(lian)電阻(zu)同(tong)時發(fa)熱(re)，因(yin)而形成(cheng)壹條連續的(de)加(jia)熱(re)帶。

Three parallel insulation copper wires form power generatrix. Electric heating threads are wound around the inner jacket insulation layer ln every certain distance, the heating thread is welded in turn to the three power generatrix circularly. This makes every 2 phases into acontinuous parallel connection resistance. When the generatrix is connected to 3 -phase power supply, the every parallel resistance heats at the same time This makes a continuous heating belt.
